– Jackson Cooper
“Grab a cold beer and listen to this superb new EP by Gozer Goodspeed and enjoy a bluesy, psychedelic, swamp rock musical ride. Love this!”

“I really hope this musical journey he’s on with this recording continues… Gozer seems to excel in surprising me” – Steve Taylor-Bryant, AlbieMedia
“One of the few musicians out there who seeks to persistently adapt and advance his sound whilst never letting go of his Blues roots in all that he does… (The new EP is) great evidence of Goodspeed’s continued development and, dare I say, evolution” – Listen with Monger
"There's a certain part of a romantic evening in where things can either go the sweet and romantic route, or alternatively go the route of good old fashioned downright dirty, gritty and delicious. 'Impossible To Pick Up' is the soundtrack for option two. Enjoy this EP responsibly" – Ted Evans, CultofSuperTed
“...pushed the boundaries of what I expected from a predominately folk/blues style... (Gozer Goodspeed is) an evolving force refusing to stay exactly the same and I love him for that"” – Defective Inspector, AlbieMedia.com
“A very good EP and I recommend having a listen to it” – Simon Emms, The Folk Show With Kevin O
“With three EPs to his name in as many years, Plymouth based blues-man Gozer Goodspeed appears to be on a roll. His latest release Impossible To Pick Up introduces a range of new elements and influences that push the boundaries of what can be called an acoustic release. Rest assured though that his latest EP is still a must for fans of all things old-school folk and blues”
– James Fenney, Belwood Music
“The folk instrumentation gives this music a pastoral energy that seeps into the ears. From my perspective the lyrics lend themselves to spiritual and metaphysical ideas, and there undoubtedly is a deep well of wisdom and experience that Gozer is drawing from to create this raw music” – Firesquid Music Blog
"Goodspeed has a certain attitude that stays with you... (He) is a Modern Folk artist to watch. He’s unpredictable, and that’s the feather in his fedora that will keep his music being “impossible” to pass up"
- Klef Notes
